I can’t think of a bigger word than LOVE to describe my relationship with granola. Served in a bowl with some nut milk, sprinkled on top of coconut yogurt with beautiful sweet berries, or on top of one of my favourite smoothie bowls, the uses for granola are endless. Often commercial brands are full of refined sugar or loaded with so much honey your teeth will fall out just reading the nutritional label. This recipe uses far less honey than the commercial brands and is full of nuts and seeds to give it that perfect crunch. You can use any combination of raw nuts. My favourite is a mix of raw almonds, raw cashews and pecans. Be sure to keep your timer handy with this recipe as the granola will go from not quite golden to burnt in a matter of seconds!
