These Japanese dumplings are crisp on the outside but juicy and full of flavour. They are delicious on their own or you can add them to your favourite ramen soup. Gyoza are great made in advance as they freeze well. After filling, place them in an airtight container with baking paper between the layers, and freeze until ready to use.
