Dairy-free, grain-free, gluten-free and guilt-free; how about five mouthfuls of protein, fibre and antioxidant for breakfast or morning tea? Yes, muffins can be healthy and still taste delicious. Packed with wholefoods, sweetened with natural sugars and infused with matcha, lemon and coconut, these are also a fantastic lunchbox addition for the youngsters (use half sunflower seeds half pumpkin seeds instead of the almond meal for a nut-free version), who will particularly enjoy the addition of the berries. They have passed the taste test and been approved by little Poppy, aged 3, and Charlie, aged 2, our photographer Bec’s gorgeous children.
