A rich, smooth, dark-chocolate mousse is spread over a thick, crunchy and slightly salty graham-cracker crust base. There’s six minutes in the Thermomix and zero baking—it does not get much easier than that. Just watch the whipping of the mousse closely, better underdone than overdone as we want it to be smooth and creamy rather than split and grainy in texture.
You may also choose to use milk chocolate instead of dark if you prefer your dessert on the sweeter side.
