This tribute version is free from refined sugar and sweetened naturally with plump medjool dates. The dates make up the delicious peanut caramel layer that sits atop a creamy cashew cream nougat base, which is then encased in rich dark chocolate. A little goes a long way, so I suggest cutting the bars into small bite-sized “fun” bars to make them last longer. However, if you’re feeling indulgent cut them into full sized bars.
