Luscious, rich chocolate ganache has many uses in recipes so it is logical to share this fabulous dairy-free version for those of you who follow a dairy-free diet. This ganache is made with coconut cream and is simple to make in a matter of minutes.
For best results, choose a brand of coconut cream that doesn’t have thickeners or gums added. The only ingredients should be coconut and water.
Use it to ice cakes, pour over a pudding, dip strawberries into or—one of my all-time favourite ways to eat it—simply by the spoonful.
