Momos are a form of dumpling that have a combination of Chinese, Indian and Tibetan influences. These chicken momos are unique, with subtle hints of spices. As an appetiser or entree they will whet your appetite. This recipe is an adaptation of one by British-Indian cookery writer and television presenter Anjum Anand, from the SBS series Anjum’s Australian Spice Stories.
