1. Place the raspberries, water and sugar in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 seconds/speed 6, if using frozen raspberries—you may skip the chopping if your raspberries are fresh.
2. Cook 5 minutes/100 degrees/speed soft.
3. Blend 10 seconds/speed 7. Taste the sauce and add more sugar to taste if necessary.
4. Pour the sauce through a fine sieve to remove the seeds; this may seem unnecessary but makes for a beautiful sauce.
